Like a mother hen, You shelter them
from temptations of the world;
You hold them safe under your wings...
You give them something to eat (Matthew 14:16).
We learn at the communion table that we are called there to learn how to be bread for those who hunger; we learn we can be the cup that can overflow with God's love for all of creation.
You are that beautiful.
